I guide students of all ages with developmentally appropriate activities which will cater to their needs to form a strong, centered and balanced physical body.
Movement Therapy for Children and Teens
If your child’s teacher has recommended movement therapy—or as a parent, you feel this support is what your child needs—I’m here for you.
I am a certified movement therapist and educator, recognized by ISMETA (International Somatic Movement Education and Therapy Association), and a Level 3 graduate of Spacial Dynamics®. With over a decade of experience, I offer one-on-one and small group sessions to support children and teens in developing spatial awareness, physical confidence, and emotional balance.
Movement therapy helps young people who may struggle with:
Retained reflexes
Low muscle tone
Coordination challenges
Emotional regulation
Focus and self-esteem
Grounding and embodiment
My approach is rooted in the understanding that movement is a spiritual path—one that helps children shift their space and fully incarnate into their bodies, awakening their natural rhythm, strength, and presence.

Children Private Movement Therapy session
In kindergarten, we often see children who have a harder time sitting quietly or listening attentively. These children may benefit from movement therapy that supports the development of midline crossing and addresses retained reflexes. Through carefully designed, play-based activities such as jump rope, balance beam, bean bag tossing, hula hoop rolling, felt block skating, and floor gymnastics, we engage the whole body in integrative movement. These exercises help children develop the foundational motor patterns and postural control needed to feel more settled, focused, and at home in their bodies.
If you're a parent or teacher and notice a child who struggles with coordination, posture, or focus, movement therapy might offer gentle and effective support. I’d be happy to speak with you about how a personalized plan could help meet your child’s unique needs.
Session goes from 30 minutes to one hour depending on ages.
Sliding scale from $50 to $150 an hour
Adult Private Movement Therapy Session
These one-on-one sessions are designed for adults seeking to improve posture, relieve physical pain, and address the lingering effects of past trauma or injuries. Using the principles of Spacial Dynamics® Movement Therapy, I guide you through an individualized movement assessment to understand how you relate to the space around and within you.
Through gentle, intentional exercises, we work to strengthen the etheric body, enhance inner awareness, and restore balance. Movement becomes a tool for healing—deeply intuitive, imaginative, and spiritually informed.
Each session is a collaboration, where we move together with purpose, develop strategies for sustained change, and cultivate a renewed sense of vitality and connection. These sessions support not only physical healing but emotional and energetic integration as well.
These session are on a sliding scale and last one hour.
From $50 to $150.
Adult Classes & Workshops in Spatial Dynamics
As a Spatial Dynamics® trainer, I offer one-hour (minimum) classes and workshops for adults—especially teachers, caregivers, and anyone interested in deepening their connection to movement and vitality.
Through the lens of anthroposophy, we explore the five dynamics of movement and how they strengthen the etheric forces within us. In a supportive group setting, you’ll experience how your etheric body relates to both your personal space and your social space.
Together, we’ll practice Spatial Dynamics® exercises that you can take home and continue to work with—nurturing your own well-being and positively impacting the lives of those around you.
